By participating in this Campaign, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

Campaign Overview

1.    The Campaign will run from 4 September 2026 to 19 October 2026 on international transfers executed through the D360 Bank app.
2.    Transfers made outside the Campaign period will not be eligible for entry into the draw.
Participation Mechanics
3.    Participation in the Campaign is completed by logging in to the D360 Bank app, selecting "International Transfers", entering the beneficiary’s details, including their account details where applicable, and confirming the transfer. No registration is required; each eligible transfer automatically enters the customer into the draw.
4.    A customer is entered once into each daily draw regardless of the number of eligible transfers executed on that day. Executing additional transfers on the same day does not increase the customer's chance of winning.

Eligibility

5.    Participation is open to all D360 Bank customers, existing and new, with active accounts, who complete a successful international transfer during the Campaign period.
6.    The minimum transfer amount to qualify for entry into the daily draw is SAR 2,000.
7.    Participation is open to individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who are aged 21 years or above. Participants must use their legal name. Proof of identity may be required to claim the prize.
8.    We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or transfer that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or that is deemed to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of applicable rules, including cases of misuse, manipulation, or abnormal transaction behavior.

Prize and Winners

9.    The total prizes available under the Campaign are SAR 232,000, with each winner receiving SAR 1,000.
A total of four (4) winners will be selected at random each day as follows:
Three (3) winners will be selected at random each day from among the eligible participants of that day who completed a transfer to an international bank account or international wallet, for a total of 150 winners* over the Campaign period. The selection process and its outcome are final.
*Exceptionally, during the National Day period from 22 September 2026 to 3 October 2026, four (4) winners will be selected each day at random from among the eligible participants of that day who completed a transfer to an international bank account or international wallet.

One (1) winner will be selected at random each day from among the eligible participants of that day who completed an international cash-pickup transfer through our partner, MoneyGram, for a total of 82 winners* over the Campaign period. The selection process and its outcome are final.
*Exceptionally, during the National Day period from 22 September 2026 to 3 October 2026, four (4) winners will be selected each day at random from among the eligible participants of that day who completed an international cash-pickup transfer through our partner, MoneyGram.

12. Winners will be notified by SMS or in-app notification.
13.    The prize amount will be credited to the winner's account with D360 Bank within 3 working days of the date of the winner announcement.
14.    Each customer may win only once during the Campaign period. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be converted into any alternative benefit.
15.    If a qualifying transfer is subsequently reversed, cancelled, or found to be invalid, we reserve the right to withdraw the customer entry.

Publicity and Data Use

16.    Upon being notified of their win, winners consent to the Bank announcing their names as winners of the Campaign through the Bank’s designated channels for announcing the Campaign results. Any use of a winner’s image, voice, or any other content or material relating to the winner for promotional or marketing purposes beyond announcing the Campaign results will be subject to the winner’s prior express and separate written consent.

General Provisions

18.    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
19.    By participating in the Campaign, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and transaction limits.
