By participating in this campaign, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

Campaign Overview

1. The campaign runs from 20 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 and applies to international transfers made through the D360 Bank app for cash pickup via MoneyGram.
2. Transfers made outside the campaign period will not qualify for entry into the draw.

Participation Mechanism

3. Participation in the campaign is completed by logging in to the D360 Bank app, selecting “International Transfers,” entering the beneficiary’s details, and confirming a cash pickup transfer via MoneyGram. No registration is required, as each qualifying transfer automatically enters the customer into the draw.
4. Each customer receives one entry into the daily draw, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made on the same day. Additional transfers on the same day do not increase the customer’s chances of winning.

Eligibility

5. Participation is open to all existing and new D360 Bank customers with active accounts who complete a successful international cash pickup transfer via MoneyGram during the campaign period.
6. The minimum transfer amount to qualify for the daily draw is SAR 2,000.[KA1] [TA2] 
7. Participation is open to individuals residing in Saudi Arabia who are at least 21 years old. Participants must use their legal names. Proof of identity may be required to claim the prize.
8. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or transfer that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, is considered fraudulent or misleading, or violates applicable rules, including cases of misuse, manipulation, or abnormal transaction behavior.

Prizes and Winners

9. One winner will be randomly selected each day from eligible participants who completed an international cash pickup transfer through MoneyGram on that day. Each winner will receive a prize of SAR 1,000. The selection process and its outcome are final.
10. Winners will be notified via SMS or an in-app notification.
11. The prize will be credited to the winner’s D360 Bank account within no more than 3 business days from the date the winner is announced.
12. Each customer may win only once during the campaign period. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced with any other benefit.
13. If a qualifying transfer is subsequently cancelled, reversed, or found to be invalid, we reserve the right to invalidate the customer’s entry.

Publicity and Data Use

14. Upon being notified of winning, the winner agrees that the Bank may announce their name through the Bank’s designated channels for publishing campaign results. If the Bank wishes to use the winner’s image, voice, or any other related content or materials for promotional or marketing purposes beyond announcing the campaign results, the winner’s separate and explicit consent will be obtained before such use.

General Provisions

16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
17. By participating in the campaign, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and transaction limits.
