Campaign Overview

  • This Campaign is organized and managed by D360 Bank, a Saudi joint stock company licensed and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), with Commercial Registration No. 1010822737 and its registered office at 7913 King Abdulaziz Rd, 2122 Al Arid Dist., 13332 Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • By participating in this Campaign, each eligible participant ("Participant", "you", or "your") agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Campaign will run from October 1st to October 31st 2026.

  • This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, nor associated with, any third-party platform on which it may be promoted.

  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • "Campaign" means the Pink Card Daily Draw conducted by D360 Bank.
  • "Campaign Period" means the period from October 1st 2026 to October 31st 2026.
  • "Qualifying Transaction" means a purchase of SAR 10 or more made with the D360 Pink debit card at an eligible merchant.
  • "Entry" means one chance to win in a daily draw, earned through a Qualifying Transaction.
  • "Participant" means an individual who satisfies the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Participation Mechanics

  • Participation in the Campaign is completed through use of the D360 Pink debit card on eligible merchants during the Campaign period.

  • A qualifying transaction is a purchase of SAR 10 or more made with the D360 Pink debit card at an eligible merchant. Authorized transactions qualify, provided they are not cancelled or reversed.

  • Each qualifying transaction made on a given day gives the customer one entry into that day's draw. There is no limit on the number of entries a customer may accumulate in a day.

  • Each daily draw covers entries earned from qualifying transactions made from 00:00 to 23:59 (KSA time) on that day. Entries do not carry over to subsequent draws.

  • Participating customers may win only once per campaign duration.

  • MCC List: All merchants except the below MCC

    • 4829 Money Transfer, remittance services (e.g., Western Union)

    • 6010 Financial Institutions, manual cash disbursements

    • 6011 Financial Institutions, automated cash disbursements (ATMs)

    • 6012 Financial Institutions, merchandise and services

    • 6051 Non Financial Institutions, foreign currency and money orders

    • 8398 Charitable and social service organizations

Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals, whether citizens of or residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who are aged 18 years or above and who hold the D360 Pink debit card, whether issued before or during the Campaign period, provided that participants use their legal name, and proof of identity may be required to claim any prize. Employees of D360 Bank, its affiliates, agents, or partners (including any Campaign partners or prize providers), as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. In alignment with Pink October for breast cancer awareness and our commitment to the empowerment of women, participation in this Campaign is open exclusively to female customers, and any entry that does not meet this condition will be excluded from the draw.

  • The winner's D360 account and Pink debit card must be active and in good standing at the time of the draw.

  • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is deemed to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of applicable rules.

Prizes and Winners

  • The prize under the Campaign is a cash amount of SAR 1,000 (One Thousand Saudi Riyals) per winner.

  • One winner will be selected daily, automatically and at random by our system, from all entries earned on that day, for a total of thirty-one (31) winners. The selection process and outcome shall be final.

  • The prize amount is fixed and does not depend on the value or number of the winner's transactions.

  • 18. Winners are contacted by phone once per work week to confirm the win and obtain consent to announce the winner's name through social media. A winner who declines to give this consent forfeits the prize. Winners are announced once per work week.

  • 19. The prize will be credited to the winner's D360 account linked to the Pink debit card within five (5) business days from the date of the confirmation call.

  • 20. Each participant is eligible to receive only one prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

  • 21. If the qualifying transaction on which the winner's entry was based is subsequently cancelled or reversed, the entry is void. Where the prize has not yet been credited, it will not be paid. Where the prize has already been credited, you authorize us to debit the amount from your D360 account, and we will notify you of the amount debited. If the account does not hold sufficient funds, the amount will remain payable and may be recovered from any subsequent credit to the account.

  1. Liability

  • Participation in the Campaign is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and any prize providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, inability to participate, or use of any prize, unless arising from the Bank's negligence.

  • Our total liability in connection with the Campaign shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • By submitting any content (including images, videos, or other materials) as part of the Campaign:

    • a. You grant us the right to use, publish, and distribute such content across our platforms and media channels;

    • b. You confirm that you own the rights to the content and have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals featured;

    • c. You confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws, and does not contain inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful material.

Publicity and Data Use

  • Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the Campaign. By participating and accepting a prize, you consent to the use of your name, image, and voice and any other material produced for marketing and publicity purposes.

  • Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be processed in accordance with D360 Bank's Privacy Policy https://d360.com/en/privacy-policy 

General Provisions

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. 

  • We are committed to deliver all the benefits and conditions advertised during the offer period in accordance with what is set out in these Terms and Conditions. We may amend, suspend, or terminate the offer before its expiry in the event of any statutory or regulatory requirements, or instructions issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), provided that you are notified in advance, and that this does not affect any rights or benefits you have already accrued.
