How to Benefit from the Offer

At checkout, present your D360 digital Card and inform the cashier to benefit from the 15% discount at Ganache branches.

Terms & Conditions

• Customers must present their D360 digital Card when making payment at the branches to benefit from the 15% discount.
• The Offer is valid at branches only and cannot be applied after the transaction is completed. Customers can benefit from the Offer by informing the cashier at the time of payment.
• The Offer may be used without limitation on the number of times during the campaign period.
• The Offer is valid from 1 October 2026 until 31 March 2027.
• The discount applies to all products and services available at the branches.
• The Offer is valid when paying using a D360 Card, including payments made through Apple Pay, Mada Pay, or Samsung Pay.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• All products and/or services provided are under the sole responsibility of Ganache, and D360 Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, availability, delivery, or performance of such products or services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D360 Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from benefiting from the Offer or from any products or services obtained through the Offer.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• D360 Bank reserves the right to reject any transaction reasonably suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.D360 Bank shall provide all benefits and terms announced during the Offer period as set out in these Terms & Conditions. 
• D360 Bank may amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer before its expiry in case of any legal or regulatory requirements, with prior notice to customers, provided that this does not affect any rights or benefits already accrued by the customer.
