Terms & Conditions

• Customers must present their digital D360 Card at checkout at the branches to benefit from the Offer and inform the staff member of the discount.
• The Offer is valid at Symphony Clinic only and cannot be applied after the transaction is completed. The Offer can be redeemed by informing the cashier at checkout.
• The Offer may be used without limitation during the campaign period.
• The Offer is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 and may be subject to operational limitations imposed by Symphony Clinic.
• The Offer provides a 25% discount on all services, except for the following services, which are eligible for a 15% discount only:
  • Non-surgical lifting procedures.
  • Hair treatments.
  • Dental implants.
  • Surgical orthodontics for the facial and jaw bones.
• The Offer applies when paying using a D360 Card, including payment through Apple Pay, Mada Pay, or Samsung Pay.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• Products and/or services provided are the sole responsibility of Symphony Clinic. D360 shall not be liable for the quality, availability, delivery, or performance of such products or services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the Offer or any products or services obtained through it.
• D360 shall not be responsible for any technical malfunction, system failure, or transaction processing error unless caused by the Bank.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• D360 reserves the right to decline any transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• D360 Bank shall deliver all the benefits and conditions advertised during the Offer period as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The Bank may amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer before its expiry in the event of any statutory or regulatory requirements, provided that customers are notified in advance, and that this does not affect any rights or benefits the customer has already accrued.
