How to Benefit from the Offer

  1. Participation in the Campaign is completed through paying SADAD bills through D360 Bank during campaign duration.
  2. One entry per customer per bill during campaign duration.
  3. The more Sadad bills paid the more opportunities the customer gets to win.
  4. Minimum Sadad bill transaction to enter the draw is SAR 150.

Terms & Conditions

Campaign Overview:

  1. This Campaign is organized and managed by D360 Bank (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
  2. This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, nor associated with, any third-party platform on which it may be promoted. 
  3. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Eligibility:

  1. Participation is open to individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who are aged 18 years or above. Participants must use their legal name. Proof of identity may be required to claim any prize.
  2. Employees of D360 Bank, its affiliates, agents, or partners (including any Campaign partners or prize providers), as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. 
  3. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is deemed to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of applicable rules. 

Prizes and Winners:

  1. The prize available under the Campaign is SAR 1,000 per winner. 
  2. A total of 40 winners will be selected from this campaign.
  3. One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries daily. The selection process and outcome shall be final.
  4. Winners will be notified via SMS and announced on social media on a weekly basis.
  5. You acknowledge and agree to the announcement of your name upon winning on social media platforms.
  6. Each participant is eligible to receive only one prize. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 
  7. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary. 
  8. If a winner fails to claim the prize or provide required details within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned at our discretion. 
  9. Official holidays are excluded with respect to draw procedures, winner announcements, or any operational activities related to the campaign.

Liability:

  1. Participation in the Campaign is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and any prize providers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, inability to participate, or use of any prize. 
  2. We are not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or disruptions that may affect entry submission or participation. 
  3. Our total liability in connection with the Campaign shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded. 

Content and Intellectual Property:

  1. By submitting any content (including images, videos, or other materials) as part of the Campaign:
    a. You grant us the right to use, publish, and distribute such content across our platforms and media channels;
    b. You confirm that you own the rights to the content and have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals featured;
    c. You confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws, and does not contain inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful material. 

Publicity and Data Use:

  1. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the Campaign. By participating and accepting a prize, you consent to the use of your name, image, and voice and any other material produced for marketing and publicity purposes. 
  2. Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be processed in accordance with D360 Bank’s Privacy Policy https://d360.com/en/privacy-policy.

 General Provisions:

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. 
  2. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Participants are responsible for reviewing any updates.
