- Card means D360 active debit card issued by D360 Bank to the Customer.
- Customer, also referred to as (you), means D360 Bank account holder or D360 cardholder.

General Terms
These Digital Wallet Terms of Use are in addition to, and must be read together with, D360’s Account Terms and Conditions. D360’s other terms, conditions, and account agreements do not change when you add your Card to the Digital Wallet. However, the Wallet Provider may have additional terms, conditions, and agreements that apply.
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time and communicate such changes to you via email or other official communication channels. You accept and understand that it is your responsibility to refer to the updated Terms of Use, and you waive any right to claim against D360 Bank due to lack of notice or consent to the changes made by D360 Bank. You can terminate your Digital Wallet at any time by removing all Cards from such Wallet.
Using Mobile Wallet
The Wallet simply provides another way for you to make purchases with your D360 Card. Any applicable fees and charges that apply to your D360 Card will also apply when you use the Digital Wallet to access your Card and perform transactions. We do not charge you any additional fees for registering your Card to, or using it on, your Digital Wallet. The Wallet Provider and other third parties, such as wireless service companies or data service providers, may charge you fees.
To use Digital Wallet, you need to register with a valid and active debit card issued by us following the Wallet Provider’s instructions. Your D360 Card will then be digitally replicated on your Devices, enabling you to perform payment transactions through your Digital Wallet, provided the Device meets the requirements of the service system. By registering in this service, you permit and authorize D360 to receive information from your payment instrument issuer to display richly formatted transaction details and your recent transaction history in the application. You agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and are solely responsible for any unlawful activities connected to your account.
D360 does not guarantee that a Digital Wallet will be accepted at all merchants.
